If a purchase is made without a sales representative present, the sale will be considered void, and a refund may not be issued.

How to Claim Purchases and Next Steps
If there is any packages or memberships issues or purchasing issues please get in contact with our HWN Finance Team. In the case of you making a purchase within the HWN webstore and don't receive your corresponding items that was purchase please provide evidence of purchase and open a ticket (link below). Once you buy any pack you will receive a role within HQ you will create a donation ticket within HQ and Finance team will be there to help you receive all your perks you have purchased.
